  • We currently offer Free Standard shipping on all orders over $50
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days, but please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available depending on location.

3. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can easily track your order through our website to stay updated on its journey to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check for any ongoing offers.

5. International Shipping:

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time, but will be working on adding it as soon as possible. 

6. Order Modifications:

  • Orders may be modified within 30 minutes of purchase through instant access via the shipping email, checkout confirmation page. After that, you can contact us for any additional changes and we will try to put those through for you, but please note that orders cannot be changed once shipped or processed for shipping, which we try to do quickly to get things out on time. Therefore we recommend that you review your order carefully before confirming.

  • In rare cases of shipping delays, we will do our best to keep you informed and address any concerns.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • TheCoreVibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter any issues, please contact the carrier directly. If they are unable to assist, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We may not be able to fully cover the purchase, but we will do our best to assist in whatever way we can.
