Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from TheCoreVibe. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Our 14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please NOTE - ALL returns must be approved and the return package must reflect the RMA number that we will give you upon approval for the packages to be accepted and refunds to be processed. Returns shipped without approval and any package received without an RMA number will be denied. 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team via our contact form to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, securely package your items and include a copy of the original packing slip.
  3. Ship the package back to the provided address.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and personalized or final sale items.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are free. If you wish to exchange an item, we'll cover the return shipping costs for the original item and the shipping costs for the new item.
  • If you choose not to exchange and return the item instead, a restocking fee may apply.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking costs.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
